Our fees vary by programme and session type (full day, half day, or individual days). We offer monthly invoicing, sibling discounts of 10%, and flexible payment plans. Contact us for a personalised quote. We are also approved for state subsidy and childcare tax credit programmes.
All meals and snacks are included in our fees. Our in-house cook prepares fresh, nutritious, and allergen-aware meals daily. We follow a 4-week rotating seasonal menu and accommodate all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free needs. Menus are published monthly on our parent app.
We use a gradual settling-in programme over 1β2 weeks. It starts with a short visit with a parent present, building up to full sessions over time. Each child is assigned a key worker who becomes their go-to person. We believe there is no such thing as rushing a child's comfort, and we work at their pace completely.
Child safety is our highest priority. All staff hold current DBS (background) checks and complete annual safeguarding training. Our premises are secured with coded entry, CCTV, and a strict sign-in/sign-out policy. We have a designated safeguarding lead and adhere to all local authority guidelines. Our full safeguarding policy is available on request.
Yes! We offer full-day (7:30 AM β 6:00 PM), half-day mornings (7:30 AM β 1:00 PM), and half-day afternoons (1:00 PM β 6:00 PM) sessions. You can book 2, 3, or 5 days per week. We do ask for a minimum of 2 days per week to ensure your child benefits from consistent relationships with peers and teachers.
